Our staff have been able to get back into the world and continue learning about new trends and products this year. We look back at a few of the trips we have taken in 2022…
KBB Exhibition
In February we travelled to Birmingham for the bi-annual Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom design exhibition. A great chance for our team to see new products, up and coming trends as well as being a source of inspiration for design.
Including items such as lighting, handles, doors as well as sinks and taps, appliances and even worktop suppliers; there is representation here of almost every area our team need knowledge of.
Burbidge Showroom Visit
Whilst in Birmingham we were able to visit our friends at the Burbidge showroom. Over a delightful breakfast we were able to see some of the new ideas they have put forward this year, including the Pembury design new for this year.
This was a valuable chance for our designers to talk to the technical team and get to grips with the finer features of the Burbidge ranges. Giving us the knowledge to create bespoke designs for everyone.
Hettich & Egger trips
In the last month we have been able to take a trip to both Hettich and Egger.
Hettich supply our hinges, drawer mechanisms, wing line mechanisms as well as much more. They were able to update us on the use of their products, as well as showing us some exciting developments soon to be available to all.
Egger is our main supplier for carcase material as well as laminate worktops. Our visit there allowed us to discuss and see the new materials coming out in the future.
