We take a look at some of the kitchen design trends we are seeing in 2024...

JAPANDI
A continuing trend from the past few years, a fusion of Scandinavian design and minimalist Japanese elegance. This idea has developed further with the introduction of reeded doors. A firm favourite of ours is the new Holmbury Reeded Display available to view at our Leyland Showroom. Create a calming or moody design with a selection of colours and finishes.
A RETURN TO NATURE
Natural materials with rich tones bring warmth to a space. Introducing a solid timber worktop, or a feature door in a woodgrain finish will bring an element of nature into any kitchen. One of our recent Leyland Showroom updates highlights a mix of natural wood tone and black reeded door, paired with a luxurious walnut carcass finish – this showroom design is sure to spark creative flair.

LUXURY GREEN
Continuing the return to nature – foster a creative, joyful space that embodies wellness, balance and peace. Many versatile shades are available, from a neutral sage to Heritage greens.
Greens compliment a wide variety of schemes and design styles.
COMMUNAL DINING SPACES
Being able to incorporate communal seating areas that bring togetherness to the home. This is achieved through various ideas including; eating, hosting guests, cosy kitchen nooks with bench seating, banquette seating with defined dining zones ready to accommodate the whole family and kitchen islands can encourage conversations with wrap around seating – especially valuable when entertaining.
