No matter how many times you have carried out customer service training, it can never be enough!

The team went on a training day at our local holiday inn hotel with Graham Hayden, who has been training within the industry for many years.

Everyone came back from the day with great ideas and enthusiasm, it was also great to have the team together, learning from each others experiences.
