LOOKING BACK…MAGAZINES!

As important as it is to always move forward, it is also inspirational to take a moment looking back...at magazines!

We are nearly 30! So taking a moment to look back at some of the features we have had in the past.

Before social media became such a dominant force in the design world we were fortunate to have customers feature our works in magazines!

Homebuilding & Renovating

In January of 2019 our custom classic style kitchen, designed by our trade team and manufactured in house, was featured in the Homebuilding & Renovating Magazine.

The stunning bespoke painted kitchen, inspired by Farrow & Ball elephants breath looks at home against the bold feature colours in this conversion! A Burbidge kitchen with Hettich hinges and fittings, as well as a Carron Phoenix sink and tap.

Preston & Fylde Live

Our 2018 feature from the Preston & Fylde Live publication was to celebrate our 25th year of business! Such a landmark year meant we had a showroom update, with a mixture of textures, colours and ideas to maximise space.

Kitchen Flair always work to you and your budget to maximise space, introduce you to clever ideas,
elegant products, finishing touches and endless possibilities.

Preston & Fylde Live

Now to 2017 and a feature in the Preston & Fylde live magazine!

A customer article about a modern kitchen interpretation of a classic shaker design. With bespoke features such as a large larder with custom-fit internal door spice racks, pull out bottle rack, Le-mans and magic corner pull outs and concealed drawers; we can see why this design was celebrated.

25 Beautiful Homes

Taking a bigger step back in time to February 2004; we designed and manufactured the kitchen for this amazing mackintosh-inspired barn conversion.

A new lease of life was given to a barn in Lancashire – what started as a scribble on scrap paper became the catalyst for Karl and Janet’s very individual barn conversion. The house has various ceiling levels and open-plan living spaces that play on the impact of light and dark as well as a space that incorporates the furniture and accessories collected over the years.

Strong angles and lines were incorporated into the kitchen, following the rules of the rest of the build.

In April 2000 we celebrated our 7th birthday with a well publicised cheese and wine event over the Easter weekend.

Looking back, reflecting on key trends and designs of the time, illustrates how style continually moves on, but we remain committed to the same principles that led us to set up in business all those years ago – quality, innovation and above all, good service.
